I Haven’t Even Told You THIS Yet!

Back to the story of my sixtieth birthday and my sacred spot massage journey — yes, it was a big deal!

What is some of the evidence of that?

  1. As I already told you, I had SO much fun that day!
  2. My sister gave me a $150 gift card to Sephora AND a beautiful white beach coverup for Hawaii! (Usually we give each other the standard bouquet of flowers from Trader Joes.)
  3. I initiated and had sex FOUR TIMES that week!!! Who does that at age 60? Apparently, I do!

That’s the most incredible part of all.

And, once again, I have to credit it to, guess what, sacred spot massage!

As I continue my daily self yoni massage practice, the benefits just keep increasing. Remember I told you my sex drive had really decreased? Well, that’s not the case anymore.

Since sacred spot massage balances all the hormones related to women’s healthy sexual expression- testosterone, progesterone, AND estrogen, even sex drive is able to come back to pre-menopausal levels.

Well, there are two reasons for this, actually:

  1. The balancing of hormones.
  2. The quality of the sex getting better and better makes people want to have sex more often!

Sex therapists are starting to catch on to this. It’s not just about physical changes as women get older.

Sex therapists are starting to catch on to this. It's not just about physical changes as women get older.

And if you’re not having amazing sex, it doesn’t mean your partner is bad in bed. It simply means that you probably haven’t learned all that you can about your own body and what it wants, and it likely means that you aren’t doing your own sacred spot massage practice.

You know all those examples of ancient art that show women pouring out amrita into vessels?

(In case you don’t know, amrita is the name of the fluid that can come out of a woman’s urethra when she is really turned on/having an orgasm.)

Well, why do you think that art was made? Because that’s what most women were doing thousands of years ago. They were having amazing sex. The patriarchy, which took away women’s power, including their sexual potential, hadn’t happened yet.
