Some of you are loving your yonis and loving your sexual experiences! To that I say, brava! Whether that’s always come naturally to you, or whether you’ve had to overcome some past experiences to get there, this is a thing to be celebrated!

For some of you, however, this age of 40 and up has been a challenging one. Whether things in your sex life were previously great or not, and even for those of you who did NOT plan to get thrown off track, menopause and perimenopause can certainly throw a wrench in the machinery, so to speak.

For some of you it is downright frustrating and ironic! Maybe you’ve finally started to have more sexual confidence, or finally got to the great sex part of your life, and now it seems the rug has been pulled out from under you! Either you’ve lost your sex drive, or your more intense orgasms, or the progress you thought you’d made, but now hormones have shifted and it seems you may never reach your goals.
