Now that I’m home from three weeks in France, I have more time to focus on my self yoni massage practice. I’ve been home for two days so far, and I’ve had much more time to do my daily practice.

Instead of doing it quickly, like 15 minutes or less, I’ve been luxuriating in it and taking 30–45 minutes first thing in the morning. What a way to start the day!

I’m going to get very vulnerable here and say that I, like many women, have been much more likely over the years to have clitoral orgasms rather than vaginal orgasms. I’ve had vaginal orgasms, but that has been rare—more like a fluke as opposed to the norm. I’m not saying I’ve been having vaginal orgasms from self yoni massage (not yet, at least); however, I can already tell I am having a lot more sensation inside my yoni from doing self yoni massage.

Whether that ends up resulting in more vaginal orgasms or not, what I can tell you is this: After my yoni massage practice, my yoni feels GOOD! It feels full of sensation and sexual energy. And if I DO want to have an orgasm (or three) afterward, it takes very little clitoral stimulation for me to have them.

And, I’m not sure if it’s coincidental or not, but I’ve also been in an incredibly good mood with lots of energy over the last couple of days. Hmmmm…

This is all with less than three weeks of daily practice!
